Why buy processed food, when you can do it yourself?

As all mums, I totally recognise the desire to provide the best for your child and was always reluctant, like many friends and family, to be feeding my children with out of “shop bought” jars, instead of real home cooking.

So I donned the apron, having been an avid cook for many years, and started developing the recipes for this book. It has taken nearly a year to develop, test and refine the recipes but now I can share the secret of good quality home cooking for children with you.
